  • •8 chicken thighs
  • •600 g potatoes
  • •3 carrots
  • •1 red onion
  • •3 tbsp olive oil
  • •3 cloves garlic
  • •1 tsp dried thyme
  • •1 pinch salt
  • •1 pinch black pepper

📝 Method

🔥 Oven/Cooking temperature: 200°C / Gas 6

  1. 1Adult: preheat the oven to 200°C / Gas 6.
  2. 2Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks.
  3. 3Peel and chop the carrots.
  4. 4Peel and quarter the onion.
  5. 5Put all the vegetables in a roasting tin.
  6. 6Add the chicken thighs on top.
  7. 7Crush the garlic and sprinkle over.
  8. 8Drizzle with olive oil.
  9. 9Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
  10. 10Adult: roast for 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
