- •5 g butter

🔥 Oven/Cooking temperature: Hob medium
- 1Adult: cut a circle in the middle of the bread with a cookie cutter or glass.
- 2Adult: melt butter in a frying pan.
- 3Put the bread in the pan.
- 4Crack the egg into the hole.
- 5Cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg is set.
- 6Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
- 7Season with pepper.
