🎢 Visiting a Merlin UK Resort Theme Park?
Important 2026 accessibility information for UK Merlin resort parks.
For the UK Merlin resort parks, accessibility arrangements can include the Ride Access Pass (RAP).
The current UK resort parks covered include:
Merlin states that RAP is intended as a reasonable adjustment for eligible guests who cannot queue conventionally for prolonged periods because of a long-term health condition or disability. Eligibility is based on the barriers the individual experiences rather than simply having a particular diagnosis.
Applications are currently handled through Nimbus Disability.
IMPORTANT

- ✅ Do not assume it will be available on arrival
- ✅ RAP capacity can be limited
🦁 Larry Explains RAP
Think of it as a virtual queue.
Where eligible and booked, instead of spending the entire conventional queue time physically standing in the standard queue, the system manages access digitally.
Current Merlin information indicates that users can hold one active ride reservation at a time and, after riding, are timed out according to the relevant main queue time before selecting another ride. The current system uses the Ride Access Pass app at Merlin's UK Resort Theme Parks.
Parents should prepare their phone
BEFORE ARRIVAL:
Location, Wi-Fi/camera-related functionality and notifications may be needed for the RAP app.
