Brave Heart Challenge
A gentle confidence-building adventure where children discover what makes their heart brave. Through simple, playful challenges, they learn that courage isn't about being fearless — it's about trying even when you feel a little wobbly.
Larry Says
"You showed your brave heart today! I'm so proud of you. Every time you try, your brave heart grows bigger and stronger. You can do it!"
Adventure Steps
1. Gather together in a cosy space. Ask your child: 'What does being brave feel like inside?'
2. Draw a big heart on paper. Inside it, write or draw one thing that makes your child feel brave (a hug, a deep breath, a favourite song).
3. Set three small 'brave heart challenges' — e.g. try a new food, ask a question, or do something independently. Let your child choose the order.
4. After each challenge, place a sticker or stamp on the heart. Say together: 'My heart is brave!'
5. Finish with a big celebration and Larry's phrase: 'You can do it!'
