🥕 Ingredients
- •500 g minced beef
- •1 onion
- •2 carrots
- •1 stick celery
- •300 ml beef stock
- •2 tbsp tomato puree
- •800 g potatoes
- •30 g butter
- •50 ml milk
- •100 g frozen peas

📝 Method
🔥 Oven/Cooking temperature: 200°C / Gas 6
- 1Adult: preheat the oven to 200°C / Gas 6.
- 2Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil until soft.
- 3Adult: brown the mince in a frying pan.
- 4Add the chopped onion, carrots and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.
- 5Stir in the tomato puree and beef stock.
- 6Simmer for 20 minutes. Add peas.
- 7Mash the potatoes with butter and milk.
- 8Put the meat mixture in an ovenproof dish.
- 9Spread the mash on top.
- 10Adult: bake for 20 minutes until golden.
