🥕 Ingredients
- •500 g lamb mince
- •1 onion
- •2 carrots
- •300 ml lamb stock
- •2 tbsp tomato puree
- •800 g potatoes
- •30 g butter
- •50 ml milk
- •100 g frozen peas
- •1 tsp rosemary

📝 Method
🔥 Oven/Cooking temperature: 200°C / Gas 6
- 1Adult: preheat the oven to 200°C / Gas 6.
- 2Peel and boil the potatoes. Mash with butter and milk.
- 3Adult: brown the lamb mince in a frying pan.
- 4Add the chopped onion and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
- 5Stir in the tomato puree, stock and rosemary.
- 6Simmer for 20 minutes. Add the peas.
- 7Put the meat in an ovenproof dish.
- 8Spread the mash on top.
- 9Adult: bake for 20 minutes until golden.
