1Our commitment
We are committed to supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and neurodivergent children. Every child starts somewhere, and Larry meets them where they are.
2Age does not determine ability
We recommend activities based on communication, interests, learning style and support needs — not age alone. Age does not determine where learning must start.
3The child is not the problem
We treat all sensory-seeking behaviours, tics, or overwhelm as messages, not 'bad behaviour'. Behaviour is a message.
4No diagnostics
Our SEND support tools are observational support tools. We do not diagnose. We help families and professionals understand and support the child.
5Strengths-based
We focus on strengths, interests and what helps — not on deficits, difficulties or what a child 'cannot' do.
6Child agency
We prioritise child agency. Children are encouraged to contribute to how they are represented and supported.
