Confidence Champion Training is an advanced CPD course designed for teachers who want to lead the Larry Programme in their school. It equips educators with the knowledge, skills and confidence to drive whole-school culture change.
Over four modules, participants learn: the theory and research behind the Larry Confidence Method™, practical implementation strategies, coaching skills for supporting colleagues, and leadership approaches for driving culture change.
Module 1: The Larry Confidence Method™ in Depth — understanding the research, principles and evidence base.
Module 2: Implementation Leadership — planning, timeline management, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
Module 3: Coaching Colleagues — how to support, coach and mentor other teachers in confidence-building pedagogy.
Module 4: Driving Culture Change — leadership strategies for embedding confidence across the whole school.
Graduates become certified Larry Confidence Champions and receive a badge, certificate, and access to the national Confidence Champion network.
